(1) Recognition of customers' expectations of privacy.

We do not sell or otherwise disclose any nonpublic personal information about you to anyone, except as permitted by law as noted below.

If you close your account or become an inactive customer, we will adhere to the same privacy policies and practices as described in this notice.
